FOR SATURDAY DELIVERY, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 4PM ON FRIDAY.
THERE WILL NO DELIVERIES ON SUNDAYS OR BANK HOLIDAYS.
Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next day is available if you place your order before 4pm. There is also a Saturday guarantee if you prefer. The next day services are tracked for security purposes and to give you peace of mind.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 has a delivery aim of 1 day. Royal Mail Tracked 48 has a delivery aim of 2-3 days. These services are subject to demand and exceptional events (eg Covid 19) can affect delivery timescales and be longer in these circumstances
If a delivery cant be completed, they’ll leave a card telling you where and when you can collect the parcel. You can also choose to have it redelivered if you prefer.
As a customer, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days, from the date on which your order is delivered.
The refund will be processed within 14 days from the cancellation date or on receipt of the goods returned.
Notice of the cancellation must be made by email to us. A returns number and details of the return address will be provided.
All returns within the 14 days are at your own cost. We normally recommend the same service as was used when the goods were originally sent to you.

What if a product is missing from my order?
If there’s a product on the delivery note that’s not included in your parcel, contact us by email within 14 days. We’ll look into this straightaway and advise on the best course of action.
What if I receive the wrong product in my order?
If we send you a product incorrectly in your order, contact us by email within 14 days and we’ll arrange to collect it from you.
What if a product is damaged on arrival?
If a product is damaged on arrival, contact us by email within 14 days and we’ll arrange to collect it from you. We will then replace the product on receipt of the returned goods or offer you a refund if you have changed your mind.

When you’re returning a product back to us, please make sure that:
